Calendar Meetup #2: prikbord.page extravaganza

Hey all,

The community voted and we had a fiiiiinnnnaaaaaaaal decision for the domain prikbord.rotterdam! Unfortunately, .rotterdam domains are 'nog niet beschikbaar' and instead we had to get the domain 'prikbord.page'. Some people (vitrinekast, lou, d1) have already done some preliminary work and pre-installed the gancio calendar software (yes, this very one you're looking at!) on a server hosted in rotterdam. Gancio is used actively in different cities around the globe and definitely a starting point for us.

The current proposal for the next meetup on the 23rd of July is to check together:

• What works and what doesn't? 

• What to change?

• What to paint in different colors on the page?

• Does it work at all for us?

Another topic/question in the meet-up will be how a shared digital community infrastructure of rotterdam could look like (in addition to a calendar). On what values can we build up such a undertaking, next to the desire of leaving big tech? How can we share technical skills?  How can a community maintain it's own infrastructure outside of exchange economy models? And last but not least: How can we mirror all our feeeeeedddds?
